Natural pearls are delicate and require special care to maintain their luster. Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, chemicals, and prolonged exposure to water, as these can affect their surface. The stainless steel components are resistant to water, sweat, and soap, while silver pieces may naturally oxidize over time; to keep both materials in optimal condition, clean them occasionally with a soft, dry cloth. Store each piece separately in a dry place to protect the pearls from scratches and preserve the shine of all their materials.

Within Mexico: We take between 2 and 4 business days to prepare your order in our workshop. Once the package is handed over to the courier, shipping takes between 1 and 5 additional business days, depending on the region.
