Orders and shipments


  • Select your favorite items and add them to your cart. Once at checkout, enter your shipping address or select the in-store pickup option.

    Complete your bank details to pay by card and confirm your purchase. We recommend creating an account to receive your order confirmation email.

  • Within Mexico: We take between 2 and 4 business days to prepare your order in our workshop. Once it is handed over to the shipping company, delivery takes between 1 and 5 additional business days , depending on the region.

    This time may vary during peak seasons for the transportation company, such as Christmas, Black Friday, New Year's, or other special dates.

    As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it until it arrives to you.

    If you're in the Guadalajara area (MXN $60): once your order is ready, it will take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive at your address. You also have the option to choose in-store pickup at the time of purchase, to collect it directly when you receive the confirmation email.

    If you are in an extended delivery area of ​​Guadalajara or Jalisco (shipping costs $160 MXN): your order will be prepared in 2 to 4 business days and then takes 1 to 5 business days to arrive. Once your order is received by the shipping company, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track it until it reaches you.

    • Shipping within Guadalajara: $60 MXN in the indicated areas.
    • Other areas of Guadalajara: shipping by parcel service with a different rate.
    • Rest of the Mexican Republic: $160 MXN.
  • We ship to all parts of Mexico.

Pick up in store


  • At checkout, select "Pick up in store". You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

    From that moment you have 1 month to collect it. If you don't come within that period, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm.

Payments


  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. Cash payments are not accepted, except for in-store purchases at our branch.

  • Yes, you need to create an account to receive your order confirmation by email.

Products and materials


  • In the description of each product you will find the specific materials of each of our pieces.

  • Each product includes its care instructions. We also recommend storing them separately and avoiding contact with harsh chemicals to maintain their shine and longevity.

  • On our Instagram, within the "How to use" highlight, you will find videos with different ways to use them.

  • On each product page, you'll find a button called "Size Guide." Clicking it will take you to a video or image explaining the available lengths and sizes, as well as a size chart to help you choose the best fit.

Gift cards


  • Yes. In the website's search bar, type "Gift Card" and select the desired amount. Once paid, you'll receive a digital code at the email address you provide. The recipient must enter this code in the "Discount Code or Gift Card" section at checkout.

Exchanges and returns


  • If your order arrives broken, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, you can request a return. To begin the process, please contact us via WhatsApp at +52 33 4329 9454 within 15 calendar days of receiving your order .

    It's important that you send photographic or video evidence of the product and its packaging. Our team will review your case and, if approved, the item will be replaced at no additional cost.

  • Yes, you can request an exchange for size or for any other aesthetic reason within 15 calendar days after receiving your order .

    • If you made your purchase on the website: you must first contact us via WhatsApp at +52 33 4329 9454 to begin the process. The customer covers the shipping costs for both the outbound and return shipments (currently $160 MXN per shipment). Once we receive the item in perfect condition and with its original packaging, it will undergo a review process to ensure that the products are not damaged or have not been used. If everything is in perfect condition, we will be able to exchange it for another available item.
    • If you are in Guadalajara: you can go directly to our store within the same 15-day period to make the exchange in person, without needing to cover shipping labels.

    The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and with all its original packaging in order for us to authorize the exchange.
